CHRISTINE MARIE'S STORY...
Christine Marie Smith was born in Massachusetts and moved to Florida at a very young age. Her mother was often hired to decorate homes and Christine gained her mother’s eye for design. From an early age, Christine had a passion for Interior Design. She worked hard to put herself through an accredited design school and finally realized her dream when she gained her Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, graduating Summa Cum Laude. Christine’s path was not that of a typical Interior Designer. She soon went to work with Castle Rock Capital Management, a Private Equity Real Estate and Loan Investment firm. Christine immediately stepped in, designing their rehab projects and guiding their construction crews to create elegant living spaces for home buyers. Being an extremely hands on individual, Christine started managing all of Castle Rock’s rehab projects from start to finish, including the Real Estate acquisitions side. Fast forward a few years, Christine started Real Estate Investing on her own from rehabilitating homes to ground up construction, while still assisting other investors and providing Buyer & Seller representation as well.
Christine brings an incredibly unique skillset with a combination of real estate investing, marketing, technical construction, and design experience with the knowledge of what individuals truly look for in real estate. Christine’s experience in the full life cycle of real estate and her background in assisting national private equity firms prepare their properties for sale certainly helps homeowners, investors, and business owners bring their properties to market for maximum returns and fast sales. Christine has also built a practice of assisting affluent home buyers, particularly those relocating to the Tampa Bay area, with buyer representation in the market.

As much as Christine loves investing, helping clients with real estate, and designing the spaces of their dreams, she loves her home, family and friends even more. Christine also loves sharing her home with friends and family, including hosting family dinners, holidays, and get togethers. Christine isn’t only creative with designing spaces, she really lets her creativity flow when it comes to all things in her home life such as cooking, entertaining family & friends, holidays and her own personal style. When she is not crunching numbers or reimagining all the possibilities of a space or property, you can find her surrounded by the people and beautiful things in this world that she loves.
Christine is also heavily involved in the Tampa Bay community as the Past President and Founder of The Familia de Gladiatores Krewe, a Tampa-based group with a mission to facilitate healing and empower those transitioning from destructive environments to take back their lives, learn their worth and reclaim their freedom. Christine lives in the Tampa Bay area with her family & friends.
